Absolute horrible staff. my mother got bedsores. covid .lost over 60lbs because the food is horrible …the staff has a high turn over rate. they ignore patients and don’t give showers ..do not put ur loved one here they will come very depressed

This facility billed my credit card without my authorization. They stated they would send me a bill for a family member’s care, but instead charged my credit card without my consent. I would not do business with this care facility and would encourage anyone looking for such services to avoid this facility.

My father was here recently and it was a horrible experience. If your loved one is needing ASSISTED living care…I would not recommend this place. Bad bad staff
Avalon Care is a very nice facility. Both of my parents had stayed there, and I have great confidence in their well-qualified and caring staff.
It’s true through medication one is expected to heal and be pain free. However the one medication, “AVALON,” through its chemistry of understanding, compassion, and caring of each of its patients, made the healing process much, much quicker and comes highly recommended. Thank you.

I had a total hip replacement and chose to go to Avalon for my recovery and physical therapy and it was wonderful, warm and friendly. The physical therapists were great always pushing you to get the maximum benefit and the nursing staff was fantastic too! The facility is clean, furnished nicely and smells great!
