  6. It’s 4 of clock in the afternoon and no one is available to take my payment. I keep calling and always get the same voice recording saying the contact center is closed. Apparently 4 of clock is not normal buisness hours. It shouldn’t be this hard to give someone else money.

From the terrible service, to struggling to pay my loan due to their lack of options, to setting up a payment plan that was violated by the loan officer and having her manager always be “out of the office” conviently.   65. Been banking with Aventa since I was 18. I’ve never had any issues that weren’t resolved quickly just by going in and talking to somebody about it.
