We have never had a utility company quite like Avion. The representatives have always been kind, professional and courteous. Service is prompt and of the highest quality. No one likes paying for water, but it helps to sincerely like who you must pay. We wish the other local utility companies would follow Avions example.

I have found Avion to be very responsive to any water/ well issues our community has. We are pretty far outliers in the Squaw Creek Community. I understand that sometimes pumps fail, wells dry up etc… and they always seem to be on it very quickly! Appreciate their wonderful staff and quick responsiveness!
Can’t think of a single reason why a utility company would deny to share its records other than to hide something sketchy. What is this Erin Brockovich?

Great customer service, had a minor hiccup with auto pay not updating both accounts but Eileen was great, friendly, and able to fix everything so we’re back on track!
The custom service is always great, and they notified us immediately when they noticed a surge in our water usage, which tipped us off to a broken pipe. They also adjusted our bill during that time so we didn’t have to pay for the additional water used when we didn’t know the pipe was broken. Thanks for all your help!

Worst customer service ever. Rudest staff I have ever dealt with. And they have unfair business practices. I wouldn’t even give them one star.
At a time of crisis they will steal money from your bank account without proper authorization.
