  1. After contacting the state pharmacy board, apparently, things got corrected and service has greatly improved practically overnight! Although I prefer to come and pick up my scripts despite qualifying for the delivery service, at least they’re correct and ready for prompt pickup.

  2. I checked in, waited an hour before I asked and they marked me a no-show. Since they skipped my appt I had to reschedule. Wait another month with a toothache. (Arlington office)

  4. The best practitioners are leaving and so is the quality of care..they try I guess… wouldn’t recommend this facility unless it’s for minor dental services

  5. Primarily use the dental services and have always been very pleased with how we were handled and the professional level of service that was conducted. We will continue to go to Axess Pointe and recommend others to go as well.

  7. Awful. No flexibity on showing up 5 minutes late for an appointment. Didn’t get checked in until 8:25 and then told I couldn’t be seen. They wasted my time and now I have to reschedule my dental cleaning. Not with them, that’s for sure.

  25. I initially had a bad experience years ago, but I recently went back and have a great doctor that’s helping me get my health back on track. I especially love the pharmacy. They’re very helpful and I get texts when refills are ready.
