we went early in the AM and it was fast service. they open at 7am to 5pm. Monday thru Thursday. plus they have a drive thru window which is also convenient.
They ask deposits after deposits. Instead of helping you they send you to the death home. Hate the city of azusa. When I make sure to move to a city that has Edison. They really help there customers.
So far opening service on a Friday isn’t very present. They charge a 100$ fee, which doesn’t tell you if this will be used to pay forward during the first month. On sat&sun the fee is doubled.
If I could give ZERO stars I would . WORST customer service, managers don’t do anything to help either and never return calls !!!!!!!!! I want to move out of the area just so I don’t have to deal with these people !!!!!!!!!!!! WORST WORST WORST !

Terrible!!! Especially that Kiosk that is “supposedly” is the make our lives easier and how does it not print you a reciept!! Was there for 15min or so and gave up. Even some of there employees admitted it to being a huge pain.
I wish I had a choice, Azusa light and water sucks, never got a bill just a notice that they’re about to shut off my service. So I enrolled in auto pay, now that my cc is about to expire there isn’t an option to update the card info on the website, yet I get emails asking me to do so.
Samantha helped me with opening an account for the first time ever. She made the process a very nice experience. She mailed me information about low income and disabled programs and is a very helpful person. Thank You for all Your help.
