Today was bulk day and my items weren’t picked up I called and was told because I didn’t call them in 2 days prior to pickup that they will not pick up until nov 23 being a new resident to fort I did not know policy as it is not on garbage can still got no help
They combine garbage with recycling in same truck. What’s up with that? Do they pay someone to separate everything afterwards? Doesn’t make environmental sense to me !

A large rock fell off of one of their vehicles and they have refused to take responsibility. They’ve used every excuse you can think of. Apparently a rock falling off of their truck is considered an “act of God” and is also considered a road hazard and not their responsibility as I was told from their claims department.

Called two times to get prices on commercial dumpster and roll off services. Both times I was told that someone was going to call back and nobody has called. If you are not interested in our business, please have the courtesy of letting a fellow business owner know of your decision.
