No service for waiting room families to get water or coffee after waiting till 1:30 am . I will not recommend this place for anyone.
I was seen rapidly, diagnosed correctly and treated respectfully. Although no one wants to be in the ER it was overall a good experience.
I spent 6 hours in the waiting emergency room. It appears that the emergency room was short on physician staffing. For unknown reason a second blood draw was needed. The er nurses were very helpful and did their assigned tasks well. They apologized for the long wait even though it was no fault of there own.
The staff and physicians were amazing, they knew what they are doing and worked together almost as one to get me into the cath lab faster than I thought possible. My care throughout my stay exceeded all my expectations. BHH is the best!
