  4. Baltimore in general is an absolute disaster when it comes to public water and sewer. If you value your paychecks, stay out of the city as it feels like public works always has their hands in your pockets. 60-70 dollars a month for water that we barely use because of fees and minimums is an absolute crime.

  11. They dump trash juice all over the city when collecting garbage. They break glass all over the street when collecting recycling. They don’t properly manage their contractors who can do some really terrible work around Baltimore City. Absolutely no concern for the City or the residents they serve.

  16. I have tried three times to have them change my mailing address and they still have not figured out how to do it. I have emailed, sent faxes, and called but they continue to send my bill to my old address. Each time, it takes a month to find out if they finally did it right. Such incompetence is stunning.

  22. Have called about my bill for months (nearing a year). Always promised a call back but still have yet to receive a response and there is no other way to contact the department for assistance. This is a horrific way to treat tax paying citizens.
