Called for 20 mins at curbside pickup, no answer at all despite multiple calls. Email doesn’t specify if curbside pickup has different hours than mall open hours for this particular store. Bad experience overall here due to complete lack of proper communication and for wasting my time.
Brand as always would get 5 stars, this location is going to have to take it down one simply because something that was told to me by a staff member regarding my Banana Republic Credit Card which I already had for some time. Other than that they handled the high volume very well and the staff was very helpful and courteous.
