Lady who answers the phone is extremely rude.

These people have no idea of what there doing .How about hiring experienced people .
They have always been helpful for me. Good customer service.
These people are stuck in 1998. No online pay and they require you to come in for some payments. They also charge 3% if you pay by credit card. If they didn’t have a monopoly I would go with someone else.
Not the greatest company for sure, they charge a late fee for a payment after the 5th of each month, and if they actually manage to send out a bill it wont arrive until the 8th or so.

I’ve called Bancroft for help and gone in on several occasions and have had really great customer service. I recall Rhonda was one of the ladies that was so welcoming and reassuring that she could find whatever I needed and helped me. These guys have a huge job and do it so well. Thanks Bancroft for being there for us!
