Power has been off for over 3 hours. Can’t get through when I try to contact BEC. Automated service says I’m next in line to speak to someone for 30 minutes then the recording stops. Automated call quit working. Should be able to expect better. Very disappointed.

Our electricity was off in Vanderpool on a very hot day. We arrived at the ranch at 3:00, called BEC at 3:15, we had our electricity back on at 3:44. Our serviceman, Mark from Utopia, did a great job of restoring our electricity quickly. Nice guy and great service!

Bandera Electric did an amazing job keeping the lights on during the most recent week long freeze. While we did have some rolling blackouts mandated by authorities, the time power was off was short. I have friends and family receiving power from other electric companies that were without power continuously for days. Well Done BEC!

BEC did a great job managing the rolling black outs during the winter storm last week! It was obvious that they thought through the process and had a plan to minimize the effects of the power outages to their customers.
