Horrible customer service. I have been having the same issue with BFSFCU for the past two weeks and I’ve been told that there’s nothing that they can do to resolve it.
Had BFSFCU account for about 8 years since i had auto loan. Overall Customer Service level is decent i will give them 4 stars. Used to reimburse ATM fees up to $30 or so, but now it’s only $5 back based on your tier level. some of my mobile app, brigit, extra, etc. does not support BFSFCU anymore.
This is probably the worst bank I have ever seen in my life. I feel like I’m interacting with an organization from the late 90s. There is basically no online interface. It took about a month for my account to go from “approved” to “active” …
