Bank of Denver Reviews ( 32 )

  1. Stay Away! Their online services are TERRIBLE! Their services have made me late for 3 separate payments that ultimately hit my credit as well. No remorse or actions on their behalf to make it right

  2. I only have a savings account with BOD but, frankly, I would rather spend time with the staff on 17th Ave than I would with most other folks I know. I’d like to buy ’em all a beer.

  3. They are unwilling to cash in change for non customers. When “buying” rolls of quarters be prepared for lackluster treatment without being an account holder. I’ll be sticking with Bank of the West after this experience.

  4. Thank Heaven the BOD is still there and gives me the personal, small business touch that drew me to them in the first place. This is the only bank that doesn’t treat you like a number. It matters!

  5. Took money out of checking instead of other customer’s checking account. Called bank to ask about charges and stated that my identity was stolen. Found out the bank endered in the wrong account and removed hundreds of dollars from the wrong checking account.

  6. Worst bank ever! I have a loan with them and in order for the payment to be “on time” i have to do my payment 3-4 days before its due if not my payment is automatically late because they do take 3-4 business days after you do the payment to make the transaction keep in mind the payment has always been done online!

  7. I have been banking with B of D since 1970. They are by far and away the best bank that I have ever done business with. This is a first name kind of bank, you are never just another number.

  8. I ended up not needing the account I opened but had consistently positive experiences, while I was a customer.
Would recommend to those who want a well-managed community bank.

  9. They Treat ‘THEIR’ Customers very well and in a Human way, unlike Big Box Banks. If You expect them to cash in non-Rolled coins, as a Non-Customer, per a previous review I read,…..Perhaps Join as a Customer and you’ll see the difference …

  10. Bank of Denver is a fun local bank to bank with. I have read the other comments about this bank and have to disagree with them. I lived in this area and the parking has been and always will be an issue. So when people play the “I got …

  11. I want to thank the Bank of Denver for making my banking experience so flawless. This is the first time I have experienced such a great relationship with a bank. The staff is experienced and the follow up and follow through has been remarkable. THANK YOU!

  12. I am a single woman with small business and have had two accounts with Bank of Denver for maybe 7 years. They are wonderful, it’s like service we all wish we could still have with any service. Real people not phone prompts. I love that it …

  13. We love The Bank Of Denver. Easy banking and great mobile app. All in all, a great local bank that works with their customers vs. customers fitting into a boiler plate template form. 5/5 would recommend for small business banking!

  14. So many errors and problems in only 6 weeks of having an account here. No one responds to calls or emails. They don’t allow anyone in to the lobby so you can’t speak to anyone face to face. Makes it really frustrating when they won’t …

  15. I have had my business accounts at Bank of Denver for over 15 years, and today I found out that my loyalty means absolutely nothing to them. Earlier today, I went to make a deposit into my account and for the first time since opening my …

  16. Things have only gotten worse from where I left off below. I now seem to be stuck in some bizarre password reset loop where I attempt to login with the new password I created from the previous experience only to be told my credentials are …

  17. As I was having lunch today with a colleague who was searching for a small but reputable bank to migrate an online account to as his growing business isn’t just him in his garage on weekends its now a brick and mortar shop with 2 employees, …

  18. Really behind the times. Setting up online banking was a headache, and then I found out I had to get a separate approval to do mobile deposit, which is limited to $2000. My credit union limit for mobile deposit is $8000, and that function …
