Not For On Line Users – Bank of Marion has great customer service with lots of helpful people – however, if you are accustom to doing your banking online, or on your phone look elsewhere – they have these functions, but very limited – and forget it if you need (password????) help over the weekend

The lady I talked to was very rude.I should have refreshed there memory when they took 600 dollars out of my account by mistake and paid my brothers truck paymentLong story short closed my account

  10. Literally the worst bank I’ve ever had. If I could give 0 stars I would. Not impressed and although they can be helpful, there were always so many issues with my account that took at least 24 hours to resolve. Went on for a week when I opened my account, I will never put money in this bank again.
