Dr. Phillips Benton’s office has a great staff and he is also a great doctor. I would highly recommend him as he is patient and has a very skilled hand and a sense of humor.
Evidently, the Reumatology Department doesn’t need new patients. I called on April 18, 2019, requesting a new patient appointment.

Excellent customer services from the Information desk to all the other specialties (X-Rays, Lab work). Albreeda and Felicia were so sweet and patient with my rolling veins for a blood work. Thank you for your friendly welcoming hospitality .

The EENT (Dr. Hillary White) was not helpful at all. I have gotten better answers from Nurse Practioners than from this “specialist”. She did not care about my problem, and had zero people skills. Also, the hospital is filthy and disgusting. It’s like a gas station. Horrible experience.
Baptist neurosurgeon office was a very big disappointment. MA was a nightmare and very condescending. Just recently started going to Rheumatologist and the office is great. Dr. McGill listens to all your questions and make sure you understand plan of treatment
Checked with my insurance company and Baptist Medical Group, both stated that Dr. Hillary White was in my network. I received 2 Bill’s a month after my visit, one was in network for the visit, the other was out of network because the …
