Staff is good internet doesnt work over half the time. We have battled with them telling them there is an issue. They said it was our router so we baught a router from them. The issue is still there. we pay for the middle package and never have more than 1 tv streming at a time with nothing else conncected. The internet is a joke

Everything this company has to offer is old and outdated. There systems they use are not user friendly nor are the websites. I also worked for them while I was pregnant and it was a horrible experience. I have never had such a horrible experience with any company. I would not recommend them to anyone.
