  5. Worst customer service! They are so rude! They assume they are right and refuse to hear out legitimate complaints. What kind of company doesn’t accept accountability for mistakes, but blames everything on the customer? It’s like talking to a child every time I have to call.

  6. Sometimes they don’t even show up, and never make up lost days. When you call they say they were there, but my entire neighborhood lined with full trash cans says otherwise. Service sucks.

  8. BDI purchased Able Tank & Toilet & now is Blue Room. When BDI purchased the bus they raised rents, which is fine, but they did it as of the 1st of Feb. We didn’t get notice of the increase until Feb 14. That may or may not be legal, but it is very unethical.

  11. Something happened and 5 garbage cans had garbage from them on the street and yards. The waste management men picked up almost all of the garbage on the street and sidewalks. I was really impressed. My garbage was one of 2 that didn’t get knocked over.

  12. Driver passive-aggressively left my can in front of my car when we forgot to pull it out to the street. Customer service is uninterested in customer issues, and managers supposedly have no set schedule and no one knows when they’ll be available. Go with Waste Management if you have an option.
