Theresa was pleasant in helping get a 20 yard dumpster delivered timely so that I could clean out my entire house, garages, and yard. Andy was excellent in giving me a call when he was dropping the dumpster off to see where I wanted it and answering my questions on what we cannot put in it.
Much like many other businesses right now having enough employees to meet demand is difficult. After reaching out the owner was able to remedy the delay of my services.
Was a rocky start with getting a dumpster but things turned out okay in the end. The office staff was very polite and apologized…..worked hard to make sure we got a dumpster. We love working with small family companies and completely understand lack of employees. Hope things get better. Thank you for getting us a dumpster.
