The best ENT doctor offices I’ve ever been to. Staff was very nice and sweet. I really love the doctor he was kind and helpful broke down everything I needed to know and told me what would the best option for my child I’ll recommend the office to everyone.
They go above and beyond for my daughter!!! I couldn’t ask for anything better , the really explain to you and take the time for you to ask questions and give you thorough answers . Love them
I was greeted with distain .. I was told I did not know how to read the hearing test. I was told all physiology is the same and all I said people are different. I had never been there before and I am not going back.
The person that saw me was fantastic. Took his time and talked to me in terms I could understand. Was a great experience and would recommend Bay ENT to anyone. Thanks Dr Wilson.

They went over everything several times so I knew what to expect and really eased my concerns about putting our baby boy under anesthesia for tubes in his ears.
