Misled a potential buyer for a house I was selling. Told them they would be approved without any issues, and after they put in an offer on the house, they were denied financing.
I went in to deposit funds. After I deposited the funds I went over to speak w a banker to open up a jr savings acct. Not only did she open up the acct took out the money I requested to transfer into the acct but never put the funds into my daughter’s savings acct.
Unacceptable services.My mother asked for a small loan as she banks with them it not only took 4 days to get back to her they sent her to the WRONG branch.!! They need some training for their poor customer service.should not have to take 4 days for a loan these days.
Trying to look at your account online is almost impossible. The woman that started my account up had the personality of a brick “although I think bricks may be more personable”. There are a 2 ladies at the drive up that keep me coming back because they are so sweet and happy.
Mislead potential lender, when requirements are met the promised assistance quickly forgot. Jeff Bowman is misleading and unbiased. Professionalism is lacking. Advised member to send money on business venture knowing the money was non refundable and his backing out made the application incomplete. Disappointing.

Jeff Bowman is the best president of a bank we have ever worked with and always takes time to greet you as well as the rest of the staff. Very comfortable atmosphere easy bank to do business with.
Awful experience, they lock you out of your account/YOUR OWN MONEY! For no reason at all. Don’t bring your business here, these savages have no idea what they’re doing. They locked my account cause they didn’t know what “Zelle” was. HOW ARE YOU A BANK, AND YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT ZELLE IS?????
