The worst bank I have ever done business with. This branch specifically does not communicate with the other branches in reference to documentations and when you call them (no matter what time it is) either they never answer or you have to leave a voicemail.
I have been with this bank for 30 plus years. I have never had a problem with them. I find the customer service to be fantastic. The loan officers I have dealt with were all professional and very helpful.
Web site is unsecure http not https as it should be. Now more fees then the bigger banks. They basically wont loan money for a home or personal loan even though I have banked with them 20 years and great credit score. Don’t waste your time here they are not keeping up with the times and there web site will get you hacked.
Becky the branch manager personally handled my call today and was very professional. I believe she excels at her occupation and deserves a pay rate increase. I’m not a friend of hers just a member. Awesome experience and I hope you and your boss see this because you did an amazing job! Keep it up.

MY RECENT EXPERIENCE GETTING A LOAN WITH BAY CREDIT UNION WAS IN MY MIND THE WAY IT SHOULD BE. FINDING TIME BETWEEN WORK, HOME, AND TAKING CARE OF BUSINESS CAN BE STRESSFUL. CARLA IN THE LOAN DEPARTMENT MADE THIS PROCESS EASY AND STRESS FREE. AND THEY JUST HAPPENED TO HAVE THE BEST RATE IN TOWN!

These guys merged with my local credit union and it has not been a good experience at ALL. Changing due dates on loans with no notice, removing access to line of credit loans online and in the app, etc.

The best Credit Union in the Panhandle is Bay CU /and Flag CU. You should always check with them before you finance anywhere else if you are looking for the best rates and friendly Lenders!!!!
