Got Mobil on-line banking support today, been wanting to do it for a while, the young man forgot his name already was very professional and patient!
It’s different than a regular bank. There is more going on. As soon as you learn their system it’s easy to bank with them.
In general the staff is friendly, helpful and community spirited. The coin counter in the lobby simplifies getting rid of large amounts of change.
This bank is not investing in fuels that increase climate change. I feel good about putting my money in this bank!

I love this bank, especially the spoon the Capitola Branch. The people are so great. I love to support local business and not the ruthless corporate world.
Highly incomprehensible employees. Also False advertising. Their mobile app is not state of the art. Can’t even make full payment to my credit card for $50 by using mobile app. I had to call then wait on hold for 10min and A $10 fee and only 9am- 5pm Monday-friday. SO STRESSFUL.
I have never been able to make an online deposit. It never works, they need to update their online services. Other than that, they are fine.
