  6. The internet is terribly sluggish at its best. Oh is there a single rain cloud in the sky? Dont make any plans on using your internet. You’re paying for a service that can be dictated by weather. Rip off and would give it 0 stars if possible.

  8. Very much a fan of their service. We live in a remote area and having data limits is a no go. Yes, service can be spotty but I’ve never had a customer service issue and they are always helpful. They’ve jumped through hoops to get us service and we appreciate it.

  11. Bays is the only company to take on the huge task of laying fiber out to our rural community. We have fiber now with the speeds they promised. Their guys worked hard and were very attentive to our neighborhood.
