We love this bank, we opened our accounts with them when they were still in a trailer, when they had just broken ground and were getting ready to build, can’t imagine banking anywhere else and the employees at every branch are great!
They never should of closed the FWB location on Racetrack Rd! Every time I go to the Eglin location they are SLOW with long lines and 1 person at the window! You should have extra people if you closed 1 location!
This bank will close your account for no reason. Especially if you make a lot of money. Their app also sucks with no features. And they will interrogate you on the phone about where your money is coming from. This is the absolute worst bank I’ve ever dealt with.

This bank cannot be trusted with your money. They made serious mistakes in handling my account, and then after a full day on the phone struggling to get everything right, they had the nerve to charge me excess withdrawal fees, when they were the ones that caused the withdrawals. If you want to keep your money, stay away from here.

I have been banking with Beach Bank, formally Beach Community Bank, for 12-15 years now. When you get a good customer service person, they have already quit by the next time you go in to the bank. If they treat their employees the same way they treat their customers – no wonder!
Never heard of a bank that doesn’t answer the phone, or have a recording, at least, during regular business hours. Phone rings off the hook for hours and you can’t get a hold of anyone when you need to speak to someone. Terrible customer service.
