Water is constantly off due to “water main breaks”. They never let us know even when they turn it off for planned maintenance. A heads up would be nice so I can plan ahead. Frequently without water for 7 plus hours. Always air in the pipes because of water outages and by the time it works it’s way out, there is another outage.
There is only one kind woman in there by the last name of Wilson. The board is a bunch of crooks. If your bill is late they charge a delinquent fee of 25 which if your struggling is a lot. Not to mention a reconnect fee too. The prices are ridiculous. I never get a bill. I blame that on the post office. Just 0/5 stars if I could.

I hade them cut my service off where I lived June 18 still haven’t gotten any of my deposit back yet!
Very frustrating dealing with them. Always have to watch the bill to make sure it is accurate.
