Great power company!!
Ashley’s customer service was amazing, she said she would call right back which she did, she explained everything to me and had a solution for us that helped us out so much.
ehh, they aight
Very good light company
An absolute dumpster fire of an electric comapny.
Horrible customer service! The list is too long to go through.
If a bird flys the wrong way the power goes out
If there was a way to give a negative 1,000 rating, I would
Does not offer information on the power outage currently at hand!
Electricity always going out and takes forever to get someone on the phone to report outages
Horrible just horrible sitting here in the dark call in power outage no one answers . High bills they don’t care .
They got poles up in oretta up fast. Just waiting on feeder line and substations.
We have been out of lights for a hr.was cooking Sunday meal and everything is ruined!! Nobody answering the damn phone!! This is ridiculous
We’ve experience power outages (when there is no rain or lightning) nearly every week lately.
My electric bill is higher now that I put solar panels on my roof than it did before put solar panels this company is a rip off everybody works for that company is a crook
U can’t get anyone on the dam phone, after hours. That sucks. They need to have people working after hours so people can actually talk to some one.
This is absolutely the WORST power company in the entire country, probably the world! Thank God my time w/them is coming to an end.
Worst electric company I’ve experienced in 20 years and eight different states. Beci is reason number 1 why you don’t live in Louisiana.
Horrible beci…everyone around us has power but us..kids are sick and need hot baths, and we been without power for days..cleko customers been having power since the day after delta but here we are with beci and no power of course
The ladies at front are always so nice. They’re always so pleasant and friendly to deal with. The lineman are great at what they do also. Thank you, Beci.
I’m new to the area & to the service; I had called three times to obtain assistance, and the customer service representative didn’t even take my work order. I have been without use since 30 September 20 and still a move in because I have no electricity
I wish I could give them a negative star. The way they do business should be illegal. They have monopolized an entire portion of the state. People have no choice and BECI knows it. The community is forced to pay their outrageous fees just to have electricity.
Very poor public service after the destruction brought about by two major hurricanes. BECI Increased my deposit on a 34 year service by 400%
While trying to rectify a situation with a messed up payment, both people I talked to talked over me, talked down to me. Condescending and narcissistic management. I never missed a payment with my old account from 5 years ago. Never. Now due to one simple mistake my account is flagged as a cash only. . Thanks BECI.
The WORST electric company ever. They have a “power pay” program where you pre pay. Turns out they just guess at what your avg usage is. One day it’s 129 kWh then the next ta 5. Big rip off and once checking with others in the neighborhood …
Been with Beauregard electric for years, never lost power for more then a couple hours. On the down side;Their customer service doesn’t come close to Entergy. They do not value their customers at all. They have zero Training in this field. …
With the government shutdown and federal employees still working but not being paid, I asked if there was a way to defer paying our electric bill which we have never been late on in nine years. The curt answer was no, you’ll have to ask …
Horrible. If you have ANY choice, never move to an area with BECI! Every single time I decide maybe it will be ok to buy refrigerated and frozen groceries, we lose Everything. For this, our bill quadrupled during a time that we cut our power usage by 70%+. If there would be a way, I would give them a negative rating.
When I went to get the power turned on at my place, my deposit was maxxed. When I asked if she’d explain why, she answered “no” in the expected bureaucratic tone. That was just less than two years ago. Since then, there have been more …
Well I know BECi isn’t perfect. Here recently we had Hurricane Laura run right over us and caused a lot of damage. Lines and poles down all over with trees on top of many. Laura was one of the worst hurricanes in Louisiana history. Many …
We have kids and was taking care of an elderly man. Went paid bill and paid what was owed and said we where good only to get home to our power out. So had to go back up there and pay more money when I just paid the amount to pay. Quick to …
Horrible service. Even when we we have most lights out bill over $ 600.00 they keep adding security deposit fees … what is the maximum deposit? A million? Took deposit when started then more multiple times!I don’t think that actually …
Update October 2020 – Theresa in billing is SO NICE and super helpful. She was able to fix an issue promptly, was kind, and changed my review of this company. Changing to four stars. Thank you Theresa! …
It’s time to come together and out a law suit on this company. They are frauds without a doubt. They just charged me again for the previous month I already paid. Chase shows clearly that I paid it. It’s time to put a stop to this abuse now. …
Absolutely horrible service. Experienced our first hurricane with Laura so we left. We never received word when our power was restored so we patiently waited in a hotel outside of town. We would come check occasionally and didn’t have …
Pretty bad company , have had it for a few years and the small amount of rain will knock out the power. Then they take there sweet time to get it back up.
Please explain to me how are power goes out 3-5 times per month and you have the audacity to charge the prices you do. Unreal….. fix yourselves. My next step will be to go to whatever governing board oversees your company and start an inquiry on how your company is managed.
Here I am, on a nice, calm Saturday morning, no abnormal weather to speak of, and the power goes out. No explanation, no notice from the company, it just dies and everyone carries on because this is the norm now. Checking the outage map …
