Anytime you go to a place that has a plastic divider between you and “them” its a certainty that customer service will be nonexistent.
AWFUL experience dealing with these folks every single time.
The water is out more than it is on and there is no after hours number to report problems to

I wish I didn’t have to give a star to leave a comment because they don’t deserve a star to be so lazy and irresponsible. Customer care over night is a waste of time a money. You guys should fire them because their position is useless!!!!
I agree with everyone on the customer service it is absolutely terrible here and at most water utilities and they probably don’t concentrate on it because we need water no matter what. So they will treat you however they want because you can’t go to another water company.
Everyone there is very nice and we seldom have any water issues. Would have given a 5star but they need to get with the times and make online payments available. This is the only bill that I have to write a check for because they don’t even take debit cards
They love collecting their BS fee. Rude staff. Outdated payment system. Would give 0 stars if possible
wish I could use someone else for my water .. The ladies up front has the worst customer service skills ever. they are ALWAYS rude to me and you can only pay with cash or check. I personally think they should be fired … wish I didn’t have to leave a star in order to leave this comment because they definitely do not deserve it
Don’t keep regular business hours (gone before 5 on Friday). No on line availability and disconnect notices when my bank shows they paid them! Welcome to the new century. When you walk in the office, it’s like being in the 50s! No letters of credit accepted in lieu of deposit (past experience with utilities for over 30 years!)
There is no way to contact the company on off hours. The web site is for bad. We have a bad water leak caused by road trimmers and the 749 4900 phone number says it is been disconnected or no longer in use. . Don’t know how to contact anyone. Guess I will try to contact the county road trimmers some how but God only knows how.
Wasn’t near my home. Made a call, lady at drive-thru window “told me” I had till Sep 24th to pay bill. Before I could get to there to pay the bill on Sep 24th, they cut my water off and convienently charged me a cut off fee of 50.00. …
