So the obgyn department schedules my appointment for February 9th a month ago and I get a call today saying oh the doctor doesn’t do Thursdays anymore so we have to reschedule you two months later for a depo shot. What a joke
I tried to make an appointment with a doctor in January and Beaver couldn’t get me in until May. I just switched to Loma Linda Medical.
I could not ask for better doctors to care for my elderly mother.

Calling for an appointment at any time is a nightmare. I have been on hold waiting to leave a message for someone to call back for 8 minutes! Why such a long wait to make an appointment.

They use Quest for there labs and Quest over charges on everything Everytime they do labs I receive a over inflated bill for services that my insurance does not cover. I switched to Loma Linda and went to there labs for the same thing and never have received a inflated bill Beaver medical and Quest are a big SCAM.
Not friendly, usually disorganized and the doctor I saw was inattentive gave me no help whatsoever and I gave up a day of work to get horrible service!! Would rather live with injuries and the pain!!
Every time I go I get great service so far I’ve had never had a bad experience. Always organize, efficient, and ready to take care of me. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Service is usually 20-30 minutes behind schedule. Communication is poor regarding paperwork that needs to be filled out for insurance purposes and they nickel-and-dime you on doctors signing forms. Pretty poor form.
I always have a good experience at this Beaver Medical location. From the cardiologist staff to my regular doctor and the appointment staff, everyone is friendly and helpful.
The front end workers are almost always rude, they have no personality. They love to chat and smile with each other but when they address me or my wife, they lose the smile and make you feel as though we don’t belong there. We love our doctors and their nurses. But the supporting staff need retrained.
I really don’t understand the wait time they have. It’s always 90 mins to 2 hrs wait . I have really not had the chance of experiencing their service at all due to wait time . I feel they should increase their staff so that the wait time is reduced. Emergency care is not always an option for few medical issues I believe.
