Absolutely worthless. The “pay by phone” is embarrassing. Then the part I love is you have pay them to pay them. If you use a card it’s 3. 95. The automated system is a joke. I’ve paid my duck river electric bill over the phone for years and enjoy the phone call.
I’m sorry to agree with a lot of the bad reviews but this company needs a major update to get into the 21st century. Nice people but their systems are ancient.

Unfriendly, uncooperative and will not help or assist in any meaningful way when there is an issue. It’s a shame that there is not a choice one can make when it comes to utility services.
