Most overpriced water in the country. Terrible customer service and a web site that does not work. If I could give it negative stars I would. And they send a letter about how to find out about water quality report with a link that does not work. Nothing works. Just like the overpaid employees.
I have to rate this as one star because some guide gave it 5 with no explanation just to offset the 1 star ratings, I’ve never had an issue with customer service personally but the water bill is very high for this area and I honestly think …
Absurdly overpriced water and sewer base fees!! There needs to be an investigation as to why they charge about $50 for water and another $50 for sewer fee just to provide the services while this doesn’t include the extra usage fees ontop of those base fees they charge. Ridiculous!
They shut off water even through the bills are paid 2 old people and alizhmers person.
And now they have to pay us a fine daily to the courts for a no reason shut off. Keep your well and only buy if it has a well.
We have been charged double our water bill on multiple occasions and we’re forced to pay to avoid late fees because they would never answer a phone call. Tried to check our invoices to find why this month water usage was triple last months… …
