  2. I received excellent help at front desk in shifting & rescheduling appts for both my husband & myself. As always my physican, Dr. Iyer, was thorough with her exam ( not rushed) and clear with her instructions.   7. Their idea of “an emergency appointment” is waiting till 8:30 am to speak with anyone (including leaving a message) and waiting till 3:15 pm to “be seen by your doctor ” but actually sit in the waiting room for longer. They need someone to show them what to do in “an emergency” situation.
