The installment went fine, and the internet works ok. But the lady was rude just a minute ago when I paid my bill over the phone. I asked her “okay do you want me to read you the card numbers now?” And she scoffed and said “uh ya”. The whole conversation felt very off-putting. Maybe get someone friendlier to answer the phones.

This is a great service for a reasonable price. I rarely have issues and when I have had problems, Shane is always available and calls back if he doesn’t answer. I am a gamer and it’s been great for the past 3 years. The download speeds are slow but it’s still a good service.
