Bella Vista Property Owners Association Reviews ( 48 )

  1. Why are Bella V residents paying for bike trails that are mostly used by Wal-Mart’s bentonville imports? Oh and watch out, if the POA doesnt like your opinions they’ll fine you.

  2. Dog parks, golf courses, pools, rec centers, nice restaurants, a water department, stocked lakes, a great gun range all for $24 a month. This is a great community.

  3. They hate dogs here there are no dog paths. The roads are not wide and there is no shoulder no safe way to get to a dog path. The local rec center has put up signs all over that say no pets. Very unfriendly would not have moved here had I known they hate dogs.

  4. The Zumba classes are so much fun and the facility just has tons of different activities! From ballroom dancing to the fly fisherman to voting services, not to mention the fabulous pools and even mini golf! If you can’t find something fun to do here, you’re just not looking! It’s a real gem for this community.

  5. Great place to raise kids. Access to amazing schools in Gravette or Bentonville districts. Lots of outdoor spaces. Beautiful scenery. Just don’t get on local FB pages and listen to the grumblers.

  6. Bella Vista is a nice community, and there are plenty of things to do. I’ve sold my property because of the POA and board members salaries. Why is the President of the POA making over $300 wih his bonuses? I’m not paying that ridiculous salary anymore.

  7. The way the assessment increase was rammed through after the vote failed the first time is suspicious.
CEO has only lived here 3 years and makes 270k per year. We incorporated because …

  8. Lived here 3 years. Rent goes up every couple of years by about $10. They keep the property nice and maintenance is always on top of things and is very prompt and preventative in addressing any issues. Lots of families and a diverse set of cultures and age groups represented by tenants. Cable/Internet included in price of rent.

  9. The help needs to be more attentive to make sure your dining experience is good. I blame that on their management, not those in the restaurant but those above them.

  10. My personal experience was bad. I felt unwelcome the second I walk in to their building, Kevin the cashier really make me fell uncontrollable.. and not welcome… I have live in Bella vista over 6 years now. And I have never felt so uncomfortable before..,

  11. Ive lived here for almost 30 years now. The POA really serves no purpose but to collect from all property owners to serve a few and pay enormous salaries to insignificants like Tom Judson. If you dont like it they shut off your water supply. Disgraceful, shameful, pathetic and cowardly.

  12. Bella vista, perfect for those who want to live in the most restrictive city in AR. Also perfect for those who love nosey neighbors who will report damn near anything. Heaven forbid your shed is gray and your house is tan. You will be …

  13. Signed up for my Bella Vista Property Owners membership card today. “Doug” was the man on the other side of the desk & talk about cordial. We arrived 15-minutes before close of business & Doug couldn’t have been more helpful & courteous. Great customer service skillset! Keep up the good work.

  14. I’m always treated respectfully by the staff here. The mayor, Peter Christi, is consistently available upon request. If you have questions, suggestions, concerns or, just want to pick up BV pamphlets & guides…THIS is the place to go – first!!

  15. Very happy here. Are there things I’d change? Of course. I mean, I think white fences are superb. But all in all, I’m happy. And it goes without saying, the people who work here are fabulous. They don’t make the rules. Don’t take it out on them.

  16. We don’t need a POA. It made sense before BV incorporated. It’s a city now and the POA is a 3rd wheel. It exists for it’s own survival like a parasite.
