Very difficult to sign up for service.
If I could give negative one star I would. Having a monopoly on water causes the worst systems in the world and a total lack of customer service. Service needs to be re-evaluated and replaced with a more accurate one
A nice, small water district with friendly staff and good service. With so many companies being bought up by large multi-national companies it’s nice to have your money going to a local company. Billing is done every 2 months. Take a few minutes to stop by and pay your bill, or sign up for service.
We have incorrectly been charged past due penalties twice because of their ancient online system’s error in processing our payment. It’s nearly 2020…who charges to pay your bills online and then rips you off with zero customer service when they make a mistake??
