Rude. Lazy. Slow. No payments over the phone. Got no way to take a debit card over the phone. Have to come in on there time in person no online or email for the application. Worse part is the water pressure and quality of water isn’t that impressive.

Since there isn’t an option to pay my bill online and due to the reviews about mailing payments, I tried to pay my bill at the physical location. I went three different days at three different times and every time the place was closed. Woke up today and they turned my water off.

I’ve never experienced the rudeness others have suggested, on the contrary I’ve found pleasant and helpful employees, yes there billing might be outdated but it still works as well, it’s not there responsibility for the mail delivery.
The worst. Rude employees who are anything but helpful. They don’t take online payments. It’s 2021 and there is a mail slow down. Any other business not doing business online today would go under, but the water department has a monopoly so they can provide bad service and be nasty about it I guess.
I have no issue with writing a check. It isn’t the staff’s fault that a system upgrade is in order. I have found the staff to be nothing but pleasant and helpful!

My water is off more than it is on. Yet my rate goes up all the time for “upgrades” yet every few weeks I’m without water.
