My husband’s hearing aid broke and the office he usually goes to was closed. We were blessed to find the Medina office open and able to fit him in. Jerry the Practitioner was excellent and knew exactly how to repair it. We would highly recommend him for your hearing needs.
Beltone does not post an email address for customer service. I would like to file a complaint with them, but had to mail it to their physical address. Why no email?
THESE PEOPLE ARE HEARTLESS !! They will NOT take my dead mother’s name off their mailing list even after I have begged them to do so for 5 years. No less than 10 phone calls and letters. They still send me stuff regularly. When I called the Centerville Office they were rude and snotty. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
The fact that Beltone uses phony advertising that comes in the form of an “official” 2021 Important Documents” which looks like it is coming from the
IRS is wrong, deceitful and causes anxiety to anyone receiving this advertising
practice. SHAME ON YOU BELTONE!!!!

I went to this company cause the name beltone is well known, well don’t let that fool you…. they could care less for what your going thru or work with you in anyway to help get the hearing aid fixed and back in the hands of the person …

It has been a great experience working at Beltone. The people are fun; the atmosphere is diverse and consultative, and when it comes down to it, they care. They have been around for about 80 years, but there is still room for you to make a difference. Great company. Glad I’m part of it.
MY MOTHER DIED! 5years ago and Beltone continues to send solicitations. I have tried to get off this mailing list….but the company will not take me off their list. …
