Old fashioned mom and pop business. Although in 2013 they promised to have an owner online portal and direct deposit of rent, it never happened. Also lack of communication for property related issues was an ongoing problem.

Paid my security deposit, They didn’t even have a door! On the apartment tht I was renting. And they workers was crackheads that actually stole a girls washer nd dryer from the back hallway..

Never fixed anything. Would say someone was coming and they rarely showed up and when they did, they half way fixed stuff.
