  6. I’d put ZERO stars if I could. This place has the worst employees who do not care about helping people. They never answer their phones when you call. One could die waiting for oxygen refills. HIPPA violations for sure, zero patient privacy.

  7. Their automated phone service is abysmal. You cannot hold for an operator; it just loops back to the menu. I left two messages after being told I would get a response within one business day. Neither was answered. Only dealing with them because I have to through insurance.

  21. As a medical provider I can’t tell you all of the issues I have experienced with this company. It is very sad that medicaid will not let us use any other company.
