To bad I can’t leave zero stars…from a member of the Tennessee Army National Guard, do not buy internet services from Benton county cable! when the manager hangs up the phone on you and threatens you with the police when you try to talk to him, is when you know to go somewhere else.
My internet is always in and out many times a day,for 4 weeks now we have been calling and having issues,finally they came out,the technician told me I was not allowed to have an extender for a better signal,told me it was in the agreement …
I’m able to pay my bill online without saving my debit or credit card info. All I do is make single time payments.
Tv service is ok. Not the best but ok. Internet on the other hand is expensive and very slow. We were paying 89.00 for 24 mbps and Several Hbo,Showtime and Cinemax channels. We also had stream pixels and on demand. Quite disappointed here. Looking into better service.
Called to get internet at my Camden house. Was told they didn’t have service to me. Not enough houses per mile. They should take Benton county out of the name of this company. They only serve Camden.
The ladies that answer the phone are perfectly polite. Can’t really review service because the owner is too busy making over a million dollars a year to give estimates to new customers in over a week’s time. Not someone I really want to do business with.

Does not run good. It is way too overpriced of what im getting. 5MB and only recieving 1?!?! We need to tell charter to travel over to where we are at and then show how bad benton county compared to charter

Beyond overpriced for the speeds they offer. If they make a mistake, you will pay for it and they will not try to make it right. Install for wireless was 140 and still have to pay for equipment rental… It’s not hard to run cable and mount a small dish.
Been using it for almost four years with little down time. Rich , their field engineer, is responsive and knowledgeable, very friendly.
Won’t allow other companies inside their area, because they are afraid their overpriced packages will cause other people to switch services. Spectrum offers 44$ for 100 mbps of internet, but BCC offers 80$ for 50 mbps. The company is owned by a bunch of local rich people who just want more money, don’t bother even buying from them.
Very rude people. Never have I recieved good customer service with them and I’m sure they do it because they know the people who use them have no choice due to location.
As a monopoly they do fairly well. I have internet lags and failures daily. They normally pass. Cable is good for most part. You get tired of calling sometimes. People are always nice.
