As a recent transplant to the state of Tennessee I’ve had nothing but good experience with the power co! After living elsewhere I Know what poor service is like!!
I like the manager and like one of the employees … but other than that, i dont see how our bill can spike in one day like we have everything on at once ALL DAY!!! Income taxes get here and we getting solar pannels

Sat on hold over 15 minutes to report a power outage, only to have the girl answering the phone hang up on me….5/3/20, at 4:17pm.

Horrible customer service.. I have never missed a payment.. not late.. in almost 20 years and called to ask a question in reference to a bill and I get told to just look at my bill and figure it out.. WOW way to treat your customers. I wold rate 0 if they would let me.
