Literally the worst group of people I have ever had to pay bills to. No warning about shut offs. Balant lies about power outages. Endless confusion about rates. Just this year I’ve have been unfairly shut off without power with 3 dogs and a disabled kid at home. These people deserve nothing but the worst.
