No consideration for people’s time!! My wait time is usually around 1.5-2 hours and the doctor does not spend more than 2 minutes in the room and is always in a rush. The staff is not apologetic for the delay.
The doctor never even did the eye exam. A tech did it instead. The doctor was not even in the room for 2 minutes. The tech also reduced the amount of correction in one eye because she thought it would be easier if both eyes used the same power?!?! Definitely finding a different optometrist.
Terrible service most of the staff is rude and the tech made a mistake with my eye exam the doctor didn’t even check and didn’t apologize for the delay. Had to go back to fix my vision test with an expert. It was ridiculous if they were that great how come I didn’t get the same treatment? Never going back.

Dr Bergman is amazing. He did my Lasik surgery a decade ago (my husband’s too). I’m super happy with my results and my annual apts for general care are always very comfortable and meet my needs. I strongly recommend him.
Dr. Tait and the team at Bergman-Porretta Eye Center are amazing. I recently had cataract surgery with lens replacement in both eyes. I am happy with the results and my vision. Dr. Tait provides excellent care and always takes time to answer my questions. I would strongly recommend him for your eye care.

Dr. Bergman himself is such a good, kind, and caring doctor who really knows what he’s talking about. Staff is great and friendly, you can tell they all like their job which makes the patient experience great! Special shout out to Nichol- staff. Very caring. I recommend the practice
Doctor Bergman and staff seem to do a good job. Unfortunately, there was an extraneous charge on the bill that the billing department could not explain leaving me with the feeling that I was overcharged. I cancelled our future appointments.
