I absolutely hate having to use BEC! Every month my bill is way different in pricing, $84 one month, and then the next month it’s $146! How’s that even possible! I’m not doing anything different from month to month, yet it’s always very sporadic in pricing!!! I hate using BEC!!!!

I would not willingly choose to have this company service the electricity due to the customer service. I reccomend they send their customer service reps to some training. Berkeley is the number one Electrical company. They care about us as a customer. Whenever they is a problem it will be fixed right away. I will not trade them for another company.
