When I was calling to check on a friend’s health condition and try to comfort him they refused to tell me anything or let me speak to him and they were waiting for his family to tell them what to do, not cool when you love someone you’re not blood related to.
Hospital experience wasn’t bad but the after math with all the billing issues was ridiculous gave them all my information but still they weren’t billing in the proper order insurance wise 8 months later and I’m still receiving bills because they keep sending to the wrong insurance
So far, I have had excellent service on Telemetry, food service, and, X-RAY. This has been an enjoyable stay so far which is changing my opinion about BMC some, another department that has been excellent is the Dialysis
Dr. Bansal at Berkshire Internists of BMC is not representing Berkshire Medical Center in a productive professional manner and should be termed. The staff at this practice are exceptional.
