Doesn’t care about their customers. Besco sent me faulty equipment. They would not ship the replacement units directly to me in time. It’s now Christmas Eve and I have to drive 20 minutes down the road, to my competitors warehouse and pick up my units because that makes more sense than shipping them to me.

Decided to go with Besco for soft water in our home. They sent Clyde to price it and Michael to install the unit. Both men were very knowledgeable and friendly. Michael started working the minute he hit the driveway and didn’t stop until he was done, very impressive. This is an easy 5 stars.

Terrible customer service. Left me with old broken equipment which caused major rusting issues at my house.
