Very unprofessional staff. They don’t do their job and they try to hustle you out of your money as if they get paid based on commission. The receptionist act like they can’t answer simple questions and the Drs are money hungry. They don’t genuinely care about assisting their patient. Horrible experience!!
Not a good place to work if you’re trying to get in as a dental assistant. I got into an accident a few days ago and called to tell them that I couldn’t make it back, and they told me to call back as soon as I get reliable transportation and it’s been 4 or 5 days since then. Not professional at all.
Dr.Harrison and Ms .alison was awesome they stayed by myself the whole way through . They are a great team player togther there calm they agree on things and get the job done ! There very patient . At the end I could of cried my smile is back thanks you guys are the best !!!!!!!!
Be careful of Dentist Office that really dont care about their patients and not giving proper treatment and sterilized Office not No mask , No temp checking, upon arriving. Go at your own risk! Better off finding a Office that care about patients not just insurance..
Arrival time 11:45 appointment @12:00 and we are still here (1:30). A regular cleaning should not take this long. I went inside to see what was taking so long. Patients went in after my gdaughter and they have left. Staff was pleasant. Entirely to long .

Which is 50% from insurance, they almost scam my $$ ,
I had a wonderful experience! My procedure was relatively quick and painless and Allison was so lovely. I left with a smile on my face (as much as I could with a numb mouth, anyway.)
They have a few locations but I prefer the market street one by far. They not only move with a quickness but they’re also extremely kind (which I needed because I was super emotional about my smile). I would recommend them 100% Allison especially! She was super supportive and even calming since I was SO nervous
