Absolutely Awful on all counts. They are virtually impossible to reach on the phone, take weeks to respond to emails and slow or no pay claims even though premiums have been paid. My plan is dental but I would avoid if you can.
I give only two stars since a few times- a few have I spoken with a nice person who I want to hug for staying with this company. It is to those people I give these stars not the company as a whole. Best life on one hand thank you being a company who has stuck with the healthcare.gov but on the other hand- please fix your everything.
