Their office staff is disorganized and they can’t keep track of orders or existing accts. You never know if your order will be lost. Weve used them for several years and we’re over them!
Been a customer for years, yes they forgot twice but came when I asked. They are locally owned and that means a lot. The drivers are polite and so is the office staff. Not perfect but who is? Better than a faceless corporation.
When it comes to keeping customers notified they stink. We have been waiting for the trash to be picked up since Thursday, it’s now Sunday. I understand they are down a driver but we should be notified when they will get a driver to pick up our trash.
