I would give negative stars if I could. I pay for 1 year of service but get 10 months before I have to pay again. I am better off to switch to monthly. I will be looking for a different garbage company!

When we moved to Plainwell we chose BWD based on neighbors’ recommendations. They were right. BWD has the best customer service. Twice now we have had pickup issues (today was my fault) and BWD found a way to help us out. All with a positive, can do, customer focused attitude on the phone. We highly recommend them.
Extremely inconsistent with picking up recycling. Cannot follow their own schedule. At least once a month our neighbors and I are wondering why we didn’t get a pickup.. that adds up to paying for something I’m not getting. Looking down my street I see full bins all the time, days after it should be picked up.
I called to set up services and wowowowow. what GREAT customer service. She was attentive, gave me everything up front, told me the prices, what they charge for fuel, etc. I was super happy with the services I got. Her name was Lindsay and she was awesome! I appreciate it.

Well it’s 1am in PawPaw & Best Way Disposal is picking up garbage at the local Baymont Inn. I didn’t realize garbage pickup occurred after anywhere after 8pm or before 4am. I legit thought it was a concrete mixer. What fun for Baymont customers though!

Recycling guy accidentally ripped our mailbox off this morning. The supervisor said it wasn’t him and won’t do anything. I even offered to mount a new box if I could send the receipt but no.
