This place is horrible not clean short staffed can’t find anyone when you need them. Unfortunately the patients are the ones that suffer. I wouldn’t send anyone here.
I had a family member that was in this facility and the care that they gave to them was over and above what we expected! They were very clean and attentive in all aspects! I would highly recommend this place, we always feel like our family member is well taken care of!!
staff were caring and wonderful. Physical and occupational therapists were terrific. Wish there were more activities. Treated my mom and dad very well.
A friend of mine has a parent here and the level of care the resident experienced is negligent to the point I’m shocked criminal and civil penalties haven’t been forthcoming. Our elders and those in rehab deserve far better.
This facility was so wonderful to my loved one. It’s truly one of the cleanest places and the staff is amazing. Would recommend without any reservation or anyone who needs assisted living/ rehab and or nursing home. Thank you Bethel!

My mother has been in this facility for 2 years. The staff is caring and compassionate and takes amazing care of her. The facility is clean and it is wonderful that this has become her second home and I can sleep at night knowing she’s safe.

As a consumer of nursing care after my stay at NWH I was very happy with the attentive staff and pleasant surroundings- being able to go walk outside in the courtyard daily very much helped my mental and emotional recovery as well as physical. PT and OT were excellent, and I continue there as an outpatient- it’s worth the trip!

Nasty employees, unresponsive and unprofessional. Both locations need to be shut down and staff working there should go night night.
